Each appointment is handled with strict attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality to ensure documents are completed correctly the first time. Standard notarial fees are applied per document, with transparent pricing for both notarization and travel accommodations to support time-sensitive, after-hours, and weekend requests.

 

Notarial Fees

• First Page: $20

• Each Additional Page: $15

Mobile Travel & Scheduling Add-On Fees

• Weekday (In-Hours): $50

• Weekday After Hours (after 5:00 PM): $75

• Weekend (In-Hours): $100

• Weekend After Hours (after 5:00 PM): $150

Refund Policy:

Notary fees are non-refundable once services are completed. Travel, convenience, and after-hours fees are non-refundable once the notary has arrived. If an appointment cannot be completed due to missing ID, incomplete documents, or signer refusal, applicable fees still apply. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a travel fee.
